Serpas TV

Finally there's a city owned database that allows you register to inform on your neighbors directly to the police.
New Orleans police on Wednesday will unveil a new online database of private surveillance cameras. Businesses and residents will soon be able to register their security cameras with SafeCamNOLA so police officers can quickly find and contact owners of cameras near crime scenes and suspects. That footage will help investigations, police say.

The New Orleans Police and Justice Foundation designed the system at the request of NOPD Superintendent Ronal Serpas, according to a joint news release issued by the department and the foundation. The foundation was established in 1995 with the goal of making the city safer by promoting efficiency in policing and other criminal justice areas
This is an improvement over the old system whereby you registered to inform on your neighbors to a private company.
