The Louisiana Secretary of State's website helps you find your polling location and generates sample ballots for you at Geauxvote.com which is a pretty fun URL but not quite as fun as this one (via First-Draft)
There are 9 proposed Constitutional Amendments on the ballot.
You will find thorough summaries of them as well as arguments for and against each in this report put together by the Public Affairs Research Council (PDF)
The Bureau of Governmental Research produces a similar report but adds its own recommendations.
The League of Women Voters of New Orleans submits questionnaires to candidates in local races and publishes their responses in this guide.
The Greater New Orleans AFL-CIO makes recommendations in selected races at this link.
The Lens and WWNO have recorded interviews with Orleans Parish School Board Candidates and posted videos of these conversations. This link will take you to the most recent post which in turn links you to earlier installments.
The OPSB races have drawn national attention. I don't know if I'll have time to go into this further before tomorrow but please take a look at this article from The Nation magazine if you get a chance.

This was useful, thanks. I wish the city/state did a better job getting the word out. We supposedly only have three minutes in the ballot box and that's not nearly enough time to read the amendments and understand the jargon.
