This is a Romenesko blurb about John Georges admitting to lying about a meeting he apparently didn't have with the Newhouses. But then, in the comments, Georges pops in to say that the thing he said before about a thing he said not being true is also not true. Neat.
I'm just glad that this is all happening in a Facebook comment forum since Georges' own paper assures us those are the most believable sort of comments and less likely to "reflect poorly on the state."
