The Republicans are going to pass ACA repeal. Just because they couldn't get it together to win a Big Showdown doesn't mean they still can't do whatever they want as soon they get their ducks in a row and everything quiets down a bit. All they really have to do is chip away at it in parts and/or pass laws that neuter crucial provisions rather than kill them outright.
It's not difficult. They can do whatever they want. And what they want most is to cut taxes for rich people and help insurance companies pull down bigger profits.
