I get that the massive cash infusion from candidates to the networks diminishes the quality of campaign coverage we can expect. But seeing as how flush they are with cash, couldn't they at least see to it that we get better... or at least more.. you know, regular news?
Some of these outfits are ostensibly dedicated to "24 hour news coverage." This is a big country with a lot of varied and complicated things happening. Maybe spend some of that time and money wasted on "Lockup" telling people about them.
