Public Service Commissioner Eric Skrmetta posted on Facebook that he was told that Entergy experienced and overload issue on a substation transformer.Those are not crews. They are paid actors. Definitely don't need any upgrades to the transmission infrastructure, though.
Entergy says crews are out working to restore power.
