Can someone come up with one persuasive justification for an
"internet kill switch" that shouldn't just be laughed out of the room? What kind of "imminent cyber attack" are they hinting at as the trigger for such a thing? Do they have any real life concept of what one would look like? Or are we just supposed to imagine it along with them so they have permission to shut down communications?
