PUBLIC NOTICE (NOTICE OF INTENTION TO INTRODUCE BILL) Public notice is hereby given, as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana, that there may be introduced at the session of the Legislature to be convened on April 8, 2013, a bill or bills relative to the City of New Orleans: to authorize the governing authority to levy and collect a hotel and/or motel occupancy tax, a food and beverage tax; and provide for the use of the tax; and provide for related matters.
