Performed poorly

Interesting way to describe a sobriety test.  Obviously, he got some of the questions right.
Rep. Vance McAllister's chief of staff, Adam Terry, was arrested Friday night on charges of driving while intoxicated, according to a report by The News-Star.

According to the article, Terry was arrested in Richland Parish on Friday by Louisiana State Police. Troopers found a foam cup that had been emptied on the back floor. They also found an empty pint of Jack Daniels whiskey and another full bottle.

The arrest affidavit said he performed poorly on a field sobriety test and refused to take a breath test.
