New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin has set a new curfew of 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. in the wake of Hurricane Gustav.
The curfew does not apply to zip codes 70112, 70115, 70116 and 70130. In those areas, the curfew has been set from 2-6 a.m, because most street lights are back on and they are business corridors.
Give it up, Ray. People are coming home. It's a free country. We have things to do. It's time to dispense with the "Martian Law".
