That's when folks began setting up in front of the library today to get a spot to watch a 6:00 PM parade.
Update: I really would like to have titled this post, "Folks lining up outside just to get down" but we can't have everything, can we?
I just rode my bike along the parade route from the library to my apartment and noticed that they're still running the streetcars. Meanwhile folks have impeded the tracks with various pieces of furniture, ladders, bales of hey, etc. Hilarity is currently ensuing.
