Eventually every neighborhood will have its own
expensive but useless faux-po squad empowered to walk around texting each other and frowning at graffiti artists and stuff. On the other hand, taxes and rents are sure to go up. Maybe if nobody but wealthy people can live here, street crime will start to go down. Is that the policy objective here?
