Despite his objections, Saints and Pelicans owner Tom Benson will have to submit himself to questioning from his daughter’s lawyers in the Texas court battle over control of a family trust fund, a judge decided Tuesday.
Attorneys for Benson had argued that a deposition was unnecessary, citing a wealth of testimony from witnesses who have taken part in a broader legal feud between Benson and his daughter, Renee Benson, as well as her children. But his daughter’s lawyers argued that her 88-year-old father should at least sit for questions with them, having avoided taking the witness stand at preliminary proceedings for the Texas case as well as a mental competency trial that he prevailed in last year.

Starting to think Team Rita is going to win this thing
At least they're looking pretty good on the trust fund part of it.
