Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal is certainly acting like a contender for the GOP presidential nomination in 2016 — making trips to key battleground states, speaking to key voter groups and releasing multiple national policy proposals — but two lists out this week that rank the top Republican’s jockeying for the nomination have him lagging. Not only that, but in order to make the "not quite Top 10" tier, he's even put out the effort to break some campaign finance laws. Not that anybody cares about campaign finance laws anymore. They're a lot like Bobby Jindal in that way, really.
Jindal wasn’t even mentioned among the Potomac Research Group‘s latest Top 10 list (he was mentioned low in the “not quite Top 10″ category), as reported by BusinessInsider.com on Tuesday.
And U.S. News & World Report’s first post-midterm list places Jindal mid-way through an unnumbered “Second Tier” list.

Everybody hates Bobby
Why is he even doing this?
He's relatively young and he can keep trying...and trying...and trying.
