"I am giving notice on behalf of the city of New Orleans that we need to enforce the law now. At some point in time, if they refuse to leave, I will initiate some action"
We look forward to seeing the Mayor finally initiate some action on the St. Charles Avenue neutral grounds this Carnival season.
