While it's looking like Cardin has the edge on Mfume, Political Wire quotes a SurveyUSA poll which does allow for the following.

Caveat: "If voter turnout is very high, Mfume has a chance to catch Cardin."

Whoopsie... guess that's a bit much to hope for now.
