This morning, I understand that a Lakeview polling location was unable to open on time because the machines had not yet arrived. Some locations have been moved. Worst of all, without a strong New Orleans turnout, the dreaded Hate Amendment is sure to pass. If you need any help figuring out what to do, here is the La Sec of State's election page. • A list of relocated polling places
• And, if all else fails, contact information for your local registrar's office
