They want to arrest the public for making comments

It has been brought to my attention that tomorrow's City Council Meeting agenda will include the following item.

An Ordinance to amend Section 54- 408 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to define what conduct constitutes disturbing the peace in the city council chamber, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
