BREAKING: Suspect Identified

When this first popped up a few days back we thought it was pretty freaky. But now that we appear to have a serial kitty-tosser on the loose, we thought it prudent to release the following photograph of the suspect as recorded by a New Orleans municipal crime camera.



Of course, we aren't ruling out the possibility that this second report may prove to be the work of a "copy cat" offender. Nonetheless, if you have any information regarding the whereabouts of this person, please inform the authorities... such as they are around here anyway.
