NEW ORLEANS -- If you were caught by a red light camera in Jefferson Parish and paid your ticket, you may be getting back your money.Meanwhile on Pope Mitch's side of the canal, we're still asked to tithe for the cameras.
The Jefferson Parish Council voted to refund the money, citing a number of issues with the parish's red light camera vendor, Redflex.
